1. About Us
MAHAGRO INDIA™ ("we", "us") has provided mushroom cultivation consultancy and practical training since 1995. This website (the "Site") provides information about our 2-Day LIVE Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Training and allows you to register for it.
2. Registration & Training
- Training batches run every weekend (Saturday–Sunday), live and online/practical as described on the Site.
- A seat is confirmed once the ₹999 deposit is successfully paid (via Razorpay, or manually with our team if online payment is temporarily unavailable) — you'll then receive your class joining details via WhatsApp.
- Training content, category guidance, and profit estimates shown on this Site (including the Earnings Calculator) are indicative examples based on typical outcomes and are not a guarantee of income. Actual results depend on your effort, local market conditions, and execution.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and not to misuse the Site (including attempting to submit false registrations or interfere with its normal operation).
4. Intellectual Property
The MAHAGRO INDIA™ name, logo, and training content are the property of MAHAGRO INDIA and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Training is provided in good faith based on our 30+ years of experience. We are not liable for losses arising from factors outside our guidance, such as local weather, market price fluctuations, or a trainee's own execution of the techniques taught.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
