When you register for a training seat, we collect:
- Full name
- WhatsApp / phone number
- City / location
- Category (Homemaker, Farmer, Student, Professional)
We also automatically log your IP address and browser type against each registration, solely to detect spam and abuse.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To contact you on WhatsApp/phone to confirm your seat and share payment/joining details.
- To maintain a record of trainees for our own administration.
- To send you information related to the training you registered for.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Information
Seat deposits are collected through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment processor supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not process or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank account details on this website — Razorpay handles that directly. If our payment system is ever temporarily unavailable, we confirm your seat manually via WhatsApp and UPI instead.
4. Data Storage & Security
Registration details are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized MAHAGRO INDIA staff, protected by password authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Cookies & Analytics
When you first visit this site, we ask whether you'll accept cookies. If you accept, we set a cookie to remember that choice, and use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we don't use it to identify you personally or for advertising. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, only the one remembering your choice.
